I have been thinking about this as well. But it is quite some effort
just to hide a problem.

We should fix the problem instead! And if that means to remove a
package until a fix can be found, and then uploading this package anew.
There is little point in having non-compiling packages in Debian, even
in unstable.

If you’d enjoy that, that’s of course fine.
https://jenkins.debian.net/userContent/about.html
is a start, the actual package selection code is in
https://anonscm.debian.org/git/qa/jenkins.debian.net.git/tree/bin/chroot-installation.sh

The debian-qa guys can probably help you with technical questions about
Jenkins.

Greetings,
Joachim
