RFS: frown/0.6.2.3-2

Hello team,

I have prepared the package frown/0.6.2.3-2 for upload in unstable.
In a nutshell, it propagates the changes from experimental (0.6.2.3-1)
to unstable (which will fix RC bug #808655), and fixes some errors in
the way the documentation was built.

Could someone upload the package?
