I forgot that the migration was not complete when I uploaded a bunch of
packages to jessie-backports, and these uploads were now rejected
because the packages are not in testing (haskell-network, haskell
-http). They would be if we could update agda, preferably without
updating others, with high urgency.

Does that motivate someone to look into cherry-picking cpphs-1.19
patches back to Agda 2.4.2.2?
