that would be on option, if none benefits from it.

@picca, are you a user of the hmatrix package, or did you report the
bug for other reasons?

Of course we can still package them, even if they are not in stackage.
But it looks as if stackage simply did the same mistake, so if we
package the other packages, we should also push for having them
included in Stackage. So in that case talk to the maintainers and ask
them to add their package to Stackage.
