Thanks for putting in the work! I think it makes perfect sense that you guys maintain and upload. In fact, I thought that was already the case, but I guess it could have been HSP only.
I've forked it yes, hoping to fix the longtime coming split of harp and hsx. But that's separate from day to day maintenance.
If someone from hackage central comes yelling, just point them to me.

Just out of curiosity: How did you gain upload rights on hsx2hs? When I
tried to take over setlocale, without the author responding it was a
lengthy process, with people yelling at me, that I should follow the
guideline that I'm already following.
