And once again it's broken.  When I looked at it, test-packages.pl
couldn't even construct a patched sandbox, apparently due to a bug in
Text::Patch; I worked around this by removing an unnecessary hunk from
the happstack-authenticate patches.  After this:

This is getting really frustrating.  It's just unnecessary pain for
everyone.
