haskell-hxt-relaxng fails to build on mipsel and s390 due to running out
of memory during the build:

Since these failures will block migration of the GHC 7.6 stack to
testing, and since this is a library with no reverse-dependencies in
Debian, it seems best to just remove these binaries.

  $ dak rm -a mipsel,s390 -b libghc-hxt-relaxng-dev libghc-hxt-relaxng-prof
