ANN: pandoc 1.9.4.2

Update: pandoc 1.9.4.2 is now released. It fixes the problem with
non-ascii filenames when pandoc is compiled with recent versions
of ghc. It would be terrific if the debian package could be updated.
Note also that the package needs to depend on citeproc-hs-data,
to enable user of the --bibliography option.

It would also be great if gitit 0.10.0.1 could be packaged, since
it fixes a problem with non-ascii page names affecting gitit 0.10.
