We have renamed all libghc6-*-* packages to libghc-*-*. To provide our
users an upgrade path, we need transitional packages. But we did not
want to add them manually to >200 source packages, hence we have one
source packages that builds all the transitional packages. It saves a
lot of work, but makes migrating Haskell a tad harder.

Could you force-hint haskell-dummy? As long as haskell-hsql-mysql has
not migrated to testing, there is no upgrade path for the old
libghc6-hsql-mysql-dev anyways, so it should not be worse for the users
to have an uninstallable upgrade path?

Alternatively, I can remove libghc6-hsql-mysql-* from haskell-dummy
temporarily, until migration of haskell-hsql-mysql becomes possible.

Greetings,
Joachim
