I don't know about that one. Some of the buildds see it, but some don't.
The new hashed-storage probably won't fix it.

What does `locale -a' say for you? Can you share the output when the
test fails? Darcs should tell you what it ran and what output it got.
The buildd logs aren't very helpful.
