Huh, I didn't find that (on pescetti, the ppc porterbox). It would
always fail on issue1857-pristine-conversion.sh. The problem was that
the endinaness translation was busted so it could not read the example
repo in minimal-darcs-2.4.tar.gz, as it was created on a little-endian
machine. Credits go to Petr for fixing, of course.
