based on ideas from it, I started to create a different binNMU tool
which examines the automatically generated hash-based dependencies,
queries the current wanna-build state and tries to find a best set. It
has the disadvantage that packages have to become uninstallable first
before it binNMUs them (the prediction logic is not great), and it is
not completely bug free. You can find it here:

http://darcs.debian.org/pkg-haskell/tools/haskell-pkg-debcheck.hs
(Fetch the whole repo and use getdata.sh to download the packages
files).

I usually run it directly on grieg (the buildd host) where the package
list and wb dumps are already present.

Note that I was given wb-access and can schedule Haskell-related
binNMUs, so feel free to send me your requests if you have any.

Greetings,
Joachim
