Ian said on IRC that if we are using utf8-string from ghc6 (which some
packages already are), we should drop it from the archive.
kaol, this would mean that you should remove utf8-string from
my @ignored = ('ghc', 'mtl', 'utf8-string', 'terminfo', 'haskeline');
in debian/provided_substvars.
