Mine is mostly derived from the 1.17-6 version so I just dumped the
older UNRELEASED section.

Fixed with compat 7 and debhelper (>=7).

Fixed. Whats in darcs now builds under pbuilder.

Moved those to Build-Depends.

I followed your example there, but I get:

    dpkg-gencontrol: warning: unknown substitution variable ${haskell:Depends}
    dpkg-gencontrol: warning: unknown substitution variable ${haskell:Suggests}

Do i need a specific version of haskell-devscripts?
