good point :-)

It seems it used to contain Base64, but does not anymore.

[Remove Base64 (now provided elsewhere) and 
 update version number / documentation.

It seems it’s now contained in dataenc:
which is in NEW:

I guess you’ll have to wait for that and then see if your code works
with it.
