It seems it used to contain Base64, but does not anymore.

It seems it’s now contained in dataenc:
http://hackage.haskell.org/package/dataenc-0.13.0.0
which is in NEW:
http://hackage.haskell.org/package/dataenc-0.13.0.0

I guess you’ll have to wait for that and then see if your code works
with it.
