Would it be a good idea for someone to bulk create bugs against ALL
packages that need to be updated to work with GHC 6.10?

Benefits:

- All such bugs are consistently named and thus easier to find when
  searching the BTS; and

- The maintainer finds out *now*, rather than in a week or two when
  someone actually tries to install their package;

Problems:

- Someone has to sit down and set up the bulk creation.
- False positives?
- Some packages already have such bugs (e.g. #519704 above).
