I've made the new package, hope that the upload and accept flow
will done soon.
Note, that I didn't found 8.7 from Tcl in SID.

and many thanks for your help - I've replaced the affected
settings in files you sent, checked the results (after I built
and installed the packages). Everything has worked as well.
