I’ve uploaded to http://mentors.debian.net/package/gnss-sdr a new version of the package with, hopefully, all the copyright issues solved. I would appreciate your review and sponsorship.

be approved by ftp-master as it's a new package. I can't see any reason that
it wouldn't be accepted, but they may have some comments that you might have
to address.

Once the package is accepted into unstable, it will be run through a series
of QA tools and then after 10 days it will enter the testing distribution.
As long as no release critical bugs are filed on the package, this will then
be included in the next major Debian release.
