Hi Carles,

unfortunately I have to reject your package. 

Your debian/copyright looks a bit strange. Can you please tell me where I 
can find the openssl exception that you mentioned? The file header only 
state that it is just plain GPL-3+.

You should also mention all files that are available under GPL-2+.

gnss-sdr-0.0.6/src/algorithms/libs/cudahelpers/* mentions a NVIDIA EULA. 
You should include this and check whether the software can still be in main.
