aprsd in Debian and upstream - any interest?
Hamish (with his upstream hat on) and I have been talking about the
problems with aprsd.
The project on SF is very dormant or dead.
The latest upstream tarball (which is several years old) does not build
with a current compiler.
The version currently in Debian is ancient and is a mess of mixed up
patches.
Hamish is no longer interested.
The other SF project admin is not contactable and hasn't been heard of
for a long time.
We both think that the best course of action is to remove aprsd from Debian.
Are there any objections?
Does anyone actually use it?
