qtel/svxlink package updated and on mentors.debian.net
The other day I was working on mentors.debian.net and noticed that the svxlink
package (which contains qtel) has been updated again and seeking sponsorship.
(Among other changes, several -dbg packages have been added.)

As testing qtel and the other EchoLink programs it contains requires an
EchoLink login (and thus a Ham license), the [debian-hams] list seems like the
best place to discuss the package.
Any takers for discussing it?
