tlf in Debian

Hi John,

Thanks for your work on the tlf package.

The current tlf package in Debian has version 1.1.5 but version 1.2.1 has
been released. It also has an old Debian Standards Version, no watch file
and 2 lintian errors regarding the man page.

Are you planning on continuing to maintain this package?

If so, could you also import the package into the team's git by following
the instructions at:

  https://wiki.debian.org/DebianHams/Git#Importing_an_existing_source_package

  or

  https://wiki.debian.org/DebianHams/Git#Importing_an_existing_git_repository

I would also ask that you change the maintainer line to read:

  Maintainer: Debian Hamradio Maintainers <debian-hams@lists.debian.org>

So as to fit with the other team packages.
