gnuais (RFS)

Hello,

I've made an RFS I while ago for sponsoring the package gnuais. This is a
program which can be used to decode AIS messages from a discriminator
output of a VHF receiver and then plot vessel positions on an OpenStreetMap-map
(similar to ShipPlotter).

I placed the package in the hamradio-section, but it is possible that
it doesn't really belong to that section since it is not really
directly related to the amateur radio hobby - rather indirectly. I
would like your opinion on this. In addition, maybe it is possible
that someone here can help me sponsoring the package, or come with
suggestions for improvements?
