Bug#593349: fldigi: Truncates log notes field

Package: fldigi
Version: 3.20.20-1
Severity: important

fldigi has a notes field in the logger. The input box scrolls and
lets you enter a lot of text. However, when saved, it silently truncates the
notes at 80 characters. This was a rather problematic development for
me as it resulted in the loss of some notes about a conversation I had.

Ideally fldigi would have no set limit on the size of the notes. If
it must have a set limit, then at least it ought to limit the size of
the input box.
