Bug#575243: linpsk: Uses deprecated sound system

Justification: renders package unusable
linpsk needs /dev/audio to exist before it will work.
This is nolonger the case on recent Debian systems
since OSS is deprecated.
More recent upstream versions of linpsk have fixed this problem
please package the newer version.
