There is no way to fix it that is compatible with AX.25 implementations,
as far as I can see. The packet header only has a 6 character space per
callsign.

The ACMA's web site is currently extremely slow. I expect that the
Foundation licensees aren't allowed on packet though, so this seems a
bit moot.
