Bug#338984: incompatability of libax25 and kernel-2.4 and fbb program

Dear hamish,

I am running my system on a pentium I and running the 2.6 kernel is
not an option it to slow. But probebly the error is in the fbb
program. The last time I checked the libax25 settings but it uses the
headers of kernel-2.2
