AX25 packages up for adoption

G'day,
  I have RFA'ed all three ax25-related packages that I currently
maintain.  This is due to be getting confused about the current state of
the Debian version and the upstream version (I am also the upstream
maintainer with no assistance, but that's another matter...)

I'm going to make one more upload of ax25-tools to fix a serious bug
in it and that will probably be it.  You're welcome to them!!
