Which PCI sound cards support FSK9600?

It appears that a Sound Blaster AWE-64 does not receive 9600 FSK from radio
with direct discriminator output, and i need to free up an ISA slot so i can
dedicate a port or two to radio applications.  Which inexpensive PCI sound
cards are supported by LINUX, and since i mostly  want it for satellite work,
which ones really do full duplex?

If that doesn't work, i guess i may have to get two cards, a PCI ether card
to free up a slot, and another sound card.  I was given one unknown sound
card to try some time ago, and if i can't get a PCI card easily, i suppose
i can try that one.  If i have to get another cheap ISA sound card, which
one supports 9600 FSK?
