Hi. Please I need a little help. I'm running debain unstable (wisely
or unwisely, I'm not sure right now). I've been running unstable for
a few years with no problems because I like the latest software and
feel I know enough to handle the challenges of running unstable.

That said, recently I moved my mail folders from icedove to evolution
(I liked that it places the timezone in a reply when quoting). Today
I upgrade the evolution packages and it seems that in switching the
folders to sqlite *all* of the mail that I had stored in my inbox (for
quite some time now) is gone.

If I am not completely mistaken, the actual mail is still stored in
mbox files, isn't it? Wouldn't this folders.db happen to be just an
index file or so?
Sadly, the Inbox mbox file's size (in ~/.evolution/mail/local) is zero. I opened it (with vi) and there's nothing there. I can pretty much kiss all my mail goodbye, right?
