Ahh, sorry, I was thinking from a code PoV, galeon doesn't use any
libeel functions itself.

This libeel dependancy is pulled in via the dependancy for libnautilus
(which is used for the nautilus view). Other applications that have a
nautilus view will almost certainly depend on libeel, although that
doesn't necessarily mean they use the code directly.
