This will no longer be relevant with the 2.6 Nautilus extensions mechanism.

Die, die, die! It was removed from the upstream release ages ago, and is
regarded as irrelevant to the file manager model we're working with now.

This will probably disappear too, thanks to the extensions mechanism, but it
is still part of the GNOME Desktop release, so probably not due for removal
just yet.
