edit window copy/paste pain
It used to be that I could go into an edit window, select some text
with the left mouse button, and then just push middle-button to paste
the selected text.
It would appear that we've switched to some winblows-like copy/paste
scheme that requires me to left-button select, right-button tell it
that I really want to select, and then right button paste. What do
I do to restore the old behavior that I've been happily using for over
10 years?
(To see the difference, fire up an X term, left-button select some text,
and then push middle-button: presto, the text you selected appears as
input. Now do the same thing in the galeon URL box, or the xchat dialog
box, or...)
All speaking about current sid, fwiw. Radically changing the UI without
at least saying how to change it back is a _BAD_ thing...
