Hi all,
First of all, thanks a lot for your help!

I would gladly do that, but my gnome-theme-manager (installed by
gnome-control-center 1:2.2.0-1) crashes on me on start :-( The stack
trace from Bug Buddy, looks like these:
0x409cca39 in wait4 () from /lib/libc.so.6
#0 0x409cca39 in wait4 () from /lib/libc.so.6
#1 0x40a3fbc0 in sys_sigabbrev () from /lib/libc.so.6
#2 0x40449061 in waitpid () from /lib/libpthread.so.0
#3 0x4008f9fa in libgnomeui_module_info_get () from
/usr/lib/libgnomeui-2.so.0
#4 0x4044a75a in __pthread_sighandler () from /lib/libpthread.so.0
#5 0x40959898 in sigaction () from /lib/libc.so.6
#6 0x0804f3a7 in gnome_theme_save_show_dialog ()
#7 0x0804f9f4 in gnome_theme_save_show_dialog ()
#8 0x0804f1c7 in gnome_theme_save_show_dialog ()
#9 0x08050145 in gnome_theme_save_show_dialog ()
#10 0x08050643 in main ()
#11 0x409489f1 in __libc_start_main () from /lib/libc.so.6
Locally recompiling the gnome-control-center doesn't seem to help.
Indeed the source file
control-center-2.2.0/capplets/common/gnome-theme-test.c had invalid
syntax in line 15 (C++ style declarations in a C file, hmmm...). I
corrected that and made it compile, but the program keeps dying on me
with the same stack trace.
