I interpret it differently:
somebody needs to write a script / modify the buildd scripts so that it
is possible to [send an email/do something] to trigger a build of a
package from experimental - this build would be performed in a similar
way to all other buildd builds.
I wish I had time/knowledge to look into this.
Unfortunately I fear that this is far more difficult than it should be.
These thoughts are based on the facts that nobody has packaged the
buildd tools or documented them and that nobody has created an
infrastructure for experimental subpools even though it is clearly
desired (many projects create separate pools on their own, wasting much
effort).
Does anybody have time to help fix these problems?
