Gnome system tools missing location manager?

	I have the unstable PowerPC Gnome system tools installed, but
couldn't find a trace of location-manager-capplet, nor a bug report,
nor a related note in /usr/share/doc.

	Does location-manager-capplet still exists?  If so, why it
didn't make into gnome-system-tools?
