Seems like you forgot to add a "conflict" with procman:
dpkg: error processing
/var/cache/apt/archives/gnome-system-monitor_1.1.7-1_powerpc.deb
(--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/share/pixmaps/procman.png', which is also in
package procman
