I could add the package, but this is not the proper fix. You can
install GNOME without the task package, miss gnome-bin and have the
same problems.

gnome-bin contains some Corba stuff like
/usr/bin/gnome-name-service. I wonder if this is the problem.

If gnome-bin is needed to run GNOME, some central package should
depend on it.

Opinions?
