Static-Built-Using and binNMUs?

Hi all,

I noticed earlier this week that some of the golang packages I had
updated earlier in the month didn't get picked up by the binNMU
following the upload of golang 1.24.2-2 (bug #1103480). The four
packages are distrobuilder, gobgp, incus, and minio-client.

For each of those packages, I had recently switched the Built-Using
stanza to Static-Built-Using after seeing lintian emit a new message
about this[0]. The template used by dh-make-golang has also been
updated to use the Static-Built-Using field.

Is there still something that needs to be done to get binNMUs to
properly pickup packages using the new field? Waiting on Policy, or
something else?

It's easy enough to request a binNMU for these packages, but the
number of affected packages will grow over time as updates are made and
new packages are uploaded.

Mathias
