Good evening, I will answer with the numbered items to make it easier to understand according to the questions:

1) Sorry, the correct link Vcs is:
https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/golang-github-aybabtme-rgbterm

2) I open New Issue, asking what is the correct version of the license in https://github.com/aybabtme/rgbterm/issues/8

3) I got confused by adding the rgbterm.go file with the BSD 2 clause license, the correct file is the util.go file that contains the parts
for "RGB <-> HSL helpers" licensed under BSD 2 clause and fixed in debian/copyright. I just don't know if I made the correct indication in
the debian/copyright file and any corrections or suggestions for improvement you can let me know that I will correct it.
