    I have a similar problem with golang-goprotobuf, where I would like
    to see version 1.4.3 from experimental uploaded to unstable.  In my
    case there are 240 reverse dependencies and ratt needed almost two
    days to rebuild everything.
    
    Do we already have access to some resources to do such rebuilds "in
    the cloud"?
    
    Some builds failed (see below) and from my point of view there are
    two approaches:
     - uploading the package immediately to unstable and fixing the
    failing packages afterwards
     - first taking care of the failing packages and afterwards
    uploading the new version
    
    The first method has the advantage of having a more recent version
    available very soon and the disadvantage that afterwards probably a
    package might disappear from testing.
    The second method has the advantage that no package will be removed
    from testing and the disadvantage that the whole procedure might
    take very long.
    
    Of course I volunteer to help with the fallout (with
    golang-github-vbauerster-mpb, golang-goprotobuf, and whatever
    disruptive upload might come in the future), as long as I notice
    that there is something to do. But we should decide on what to do in
    such situations ...
