This is a build dependency of caddy: https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/golang-github-google-cel-go One note:Lintian complains that the built binary references its build path (file-references-package-build-path). which might make the binary not reproducible. I tried playing around with the buildflags and could not find a fix for this, but IMO also not a blocker for uploading..
I have the slight assumption that this has to do with the bazel[1] buildsystem used by upsteam. I have not used bazel for building until now because this and other packages seemed to build fine with vanilla dh-golang. If adding bazel as B-D is not considered unnecessary overhead, I would like to look if this issue could be fixed with bazel, and do a revision at some later point.
