I think it makes sense to be part of the team, but I'm not an expert on debian 
workflows.

I just did it :)

I did run it and got an error. But I guess is because @stapelberg has already 
created the repo:
https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/snowflake
I just requested access to the repo, but I guess being part of the team will 
grant me access to this repo.
