Requesting access to the salsa Go group

Dear Go team,

I would like access rights to the salsa golang group in order to upload
my package golang-github-jfrog-gofrog:

Bug#950588: ITP: golang-github-jfrog-gofrog -- The gofrog collection of
go utilities

My ultimate goal is to package the JFrog-CLI commandline tool [1]
(Apache-2.0 license).  golang-github-jfrog-gofrog is one of its
dependencies, and I have run dh-make-golang to help me make it.  Once
golang-github-jfrog-gofrog is done, I will continue with the other
dependencies of jfrog-cli until it is done.

Could you please consider giving me the permissions so that I can "git
push" my package to Salsa?

I suppose the next step after that will be to create a RFS; please
correct me if I'm wrong.
