Salsa: please archive golang-github-nvveen-gotty and golang-github-ijc-gotty-dev

  Hi all,

I'm requesting the removal/archival of two git repo on salsa:

https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/golang-github-nvveen-gotty
https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/golang-github-ijc-gotty

golang-github-nvveen-gotty is deprecated and was removed from the 
archive, see https://bugs.debian.org/919987

golang-github-ijc-gotty was never uploaded apparently.

Both of these packaged were initially packaged by me while working on 
docker.io. Docker upstream don't use it anymore, and replaced it with 
https://github.com/morikuni/aec.
