Request to join the Go Packaging Team

Hey,

I would like to join the Go Packaging Team.

I am the maintainer of image-finder[1] and also maintain some packages under the Python team.

My QA profile could be found here[2].

Within the Go Packaging Team, I would like to help maintain the existing packages,
and also package a few new apps for a couple of upstream projects.
