Dear maintainers,

since 2.32 /usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu/bits/sys_errlist.h is
missing. I identyfied this issue by rebuilding a kernel without
making clean in the source tree.

Indeed. This has been done on purpose, as those symbols have been
deprecated for many years. Please use strerror instead.
