If you see those messages, it's because you are using fakeroot to gain
root, so it is installed on your system, and you don't need to
build-depends on it.

>From my point of view, it's a bug/limitation in fakeroot. Anyway it's
not a problem if those files are not generated as root (which is the
case here as fakeroot fails). In short this a completely harmless
problem that is present for a few months.
