Bug#365397: sed used but no in dependency list

But the "sed" command is not working anymore.

I can do an
#ls /bin/sed
which gives:
sed

but a
#ls -al /bin/sed
gives:
ls: /bin/sed: No such file or directory


I think that's a temporary problem of the vserver where the
debian should be installed.

It's not a problem special to libc6. but maybe a more general
question if apt/aptitude should check before starting to do anything 
all required tools are really in a usables state and not "just" installed.
