Great.  We also have to move the reference manual into non-free.
I made some preliminary work on this issue, and it almost runs
fine here.  Can I put this new glibc-doc-nonfree package into
  http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-glibc/glibc-doc-nonfree/
?  Or should it go elsewhere?
